2. Booking Policy

  2. Users must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
  3. Renth will send a notification via email or SMS once the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment & Billing

  1. All payments must be completed through Renth’s secure payment gateway.
  2. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
  3. Any outstanding charges or extra fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Cancellation policies depend on the respective hotel.
  2. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  3. No refunds will be provided for "No-show" bookings.

5. User Responsibilities

  1. Valid identification must be presented at check-in.
  2. Hotel authorities may take action if internal hotel rules are violated.
  3. Renth is not responsible for any personal conduct or damages caused by the user.

6. Platform Limitations

  1. Renth acts solely as a booking intermediary and does not directly provide hotel services.
  2. Renth is not liable for room quality, hotel management issues, or service levels.

7. Account Suspension

  1. Renth reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, misuse, or providing false information.

8. Changes to Terms

  1. Renth may update these terms periodically and will notify users in advance.
