2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to the availability of the respective hotel.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
- Renth will send a notification via email or SMS once the booking is confirmed.
3. Payment & Billing
- All payments must be completed through Renth’s secure payment gateway.
- Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- Any outstanding charges or extra fees are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation policies depend on the respective hotel.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds will be provided for "No-show" bookings.
5. User Responsibilities
- Valid identification must be presented at check-in.
- Hotel authorities may take action if internal hotel rules are violated.
- Renth is not responsible for any personal conduct or damages caused by the user.
6. Platform Limitations
- Renth acts solely as a booking intermediary and does not directly provide hotel services.
- Renth is not liable for room quality, hotel management issues, or service levels.
7. Account Suspension
- Renth reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, misuse, or providing false information.
8. Changes to Terms
- Renth may update these terms periodically and will notify users in advance.
